Quality lactation support should not be an option you have to decide if you can afford. I am working hard to expand coverage at no cost to you. It can take 6+ months to achieve in-network coverage. I appreciate your patience while I continue to achieve this goal. For those not in network, lactation is billed as preventative and typically is covered at 100%.

A superbill will be provided for you to submit to your insurance. Reimbursement is based on your plan.
BCBS/ANTHEM
BCBS will not allow independent contracts that offer reimbursement. Reimbursement has been extremely poor when 3rd party billers have attempted. Therefore, at this time there are not any in/out-network covered options. Reimbursement is possible via Superbill.
